  • TREATMENT EXPERIENCE
Dermaplaning is an exfoliating technique that uses the edge of a specialised surgical blade moved at a 45-degree angle superficially along the surface of the skin to smooth and exfoliate the surface and to remove fine hairs. While it is effective for exfoliation, dermaplaning can especially be effective for rejuvenating and brightening the overall appearance of the skin, smoothing out texture and fine lines, aiding in product absorption and removing fine vellus hair. Also referred to as ‘blading’, épi-leveling or épi-blading’, dermaplaning is a procedure that generally takes around 30-40 minutes to complete.
